MySQL conversion

I don't know if this is necessarily an issue but I've been trying to get this code to work with a MySQL database and have had little to no success. My main issue right now is I can't seem to convert the creating the table syntax in db.php to MySQL syntax correctly without any errors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
