EE Picker changes undone when entering and leaving Crusade Management

It seems that whenever you enter the Crusade Management the mod undoes the changes made with EE Picker. This can be fixed by quicksaving and reloading the save so it's not a huge issue, but I thought I'd report it nonetheless.
