Rootless support

Would be great to have rootless support, I used to have rootful palera1n but had to convert to rootless for some tweaks and now i have to use an already outdated version of Twitter by installing the .ipa from the releases page, it works fine though so it should be too hard to provide arm64 binaries to install.
I hope you'll be able to and thanks for this amazing tweak!
