Request: TCE Ranger Optional Class Features

Thanks for what you've converted so far. I would like to request the 5e optional ranger class features from TCE pages 56-57. As the closest thing we will ever see to official "fixes" to the base Ranger class I don't think I can play one without them :)

Untested and currently pushed to master for review.
