Correct logic for repeating questions

Repeating a question (whether directly or by going forward and then backward) is supposed to start a new recording and NOT overwrite the previous recording. Currently the repeat button does not stop the recording, and going forward and back overwrites the previous recording. In other words it works as incorrectly as possible.
Kind of impressive, really!
Lets fix this up.
