Three fingers not recognized by touchegg

Looks like Ubuntu Gnome reserves some layers to itself (two and three fingers gestures).
I already tryed adding synclient TapButton3=0 && synclient ClickFinger3=0 on ~/.xprofile and /etc/zsh/zprofile but nothing happened :(
Three fingers gestures worked on Elementary OS Freya
changing zprofile would only work once you fire a new zsh session.
doesn't make much sense since this is an GUI issue, so, whatever you do, I believe xprofile is the right place...
