Deployment of standard logic app into other resource group.

I have the ARM template of the logic app and i want to deploy the logic app into the other resource group and when i do that i get some errors like
$profile = Get-AzWebAppPublishingProfile
operation returned an invalid status code 'NotFound'
Can anyone help me with this issue.
