[bug] updated ignite is missing the 'apply' part in readme.md

Describe the bug
When following the guide at https://aztfmod.github.io/documentation/docs/enterprise-scale/landingzones/platform/single%20reuse/elsz-single-reuse
Level 0 works fine. launchpad set.
However, starting at level1 the different readme.md files only shows the plan part.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
follow the guide, and open the readme.md in any of the steps after level 0

Expected behavior
rover plan commands, and optionally somewhere rover logout/logins to deal with different group memberships

Configuration (please complete the following information):

  • OS and version: win 11 22581
  • Version of the rover aztfmod/rover:1.1.7-2203.2311
  • Version of the landing zone 2203 as described in the guide
