Missing ResourceGUID in the latest privateEndpoint spec

Hi,

I was using the Azure Go SDK to export the guid of PrivateEndpoints. But it turns like this is not been captured in the PrivateEndpointProperties. But Azure dose return this resourceGuid under the properties section.

I have raised a sample fix: #19113. Not very sure about your workflow, but you can raise a proper fix and close mine

@katbyte Unfortunately, I don't have any updates on this. I didn't get any reply from the Service team yet. I have sent an email again. Hoping to get their reply.
