ServicePrincipal storage_account_resource_id is not in expected format

after manually creating resources. secret yaml seems to be incorrect
secret yaml seems correct but when copying storage resource id from azure look at case
need to change from "resourcegroups" to "resourceGroups"
copied from azure it is
/subscriptions//resourcegroups//providers/Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/
correct way
