Update H1 HTML tags

Background and context
We want to make sure all of the pages on the awesome-azd website have an <H1> tag for the top header.
Pages to update:

/awesome-azd/ -
/awesome-azd/about/
Currently, the header on both pages is set to for the gradient style in "Template Library". Would prefer that it's enclosed in and <H1> tag for SEO. For example: <h1><span>…</span></h1>
Must-fix for build.
