[Feat] Add blog and portal URLs to dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Someone new to Azure would need to know where to find the URLs for these 2 resources to see the web sites.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add these urls to the dashboard. Output URL to dashboard as part of AZD process, reminding people after provisioning that they still need to deploy.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This is a good question for Natalia, Wassim and Yohan. How did you hope people new to Azure would find these URLs?

Hi @diberry, I am not sure if you're referring to our test deployments. If that's the case, those deployments are not for public use or reference.
The urls of the blog and portal are provisioned by the individual Codespaces instance for a GitHub account, on project startup.
