HackTogether: Hover effect with animation for the feature listing card

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The featured listings card can have some hover effect.
Describe the solution you'd like
The card can contain the title, location, and price. When hovering the image should appear larger
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, the text can have 0 opacity when the card is been hovered to show only the image
