az provision fails with "ContainerAppInvalidSchema"

Follow all steps up to and then run az provision
Any log messages given by the failure
Expected/desired behavior
Provision complete successfully.
OS and Version?
Windows 11
Mention any other details that might be useful
I commented out everything to do with redis and was able to deploy. I cannot tell yet where the problem lies with the redis configuration.
