Why does tha sample have IncludeInSso=false for SelfAsserted-LocalAccountSignin-Email

The profile has a <UseTechnicalProfileForSessionManagement ReferenceId="SM-AAD" /> and those two make no sense together.
More important is that this setting forces the user to enter the credentials each time
