Won’t let me save my map

When I try to save my map it instead shows me an error message and a block of code to copy onto here

1. Click on the triangle in the top left hand corner twice
2. Click the save button at the bottom of the box
3. Click either the Dropbox button, the browser button, or the machine button

It should have saved the recent changes

I couldn’t attach the .map file

here is the code it told me to copy and paste:
