Again the problem with namesbase

I modified the namesbase and it gives me again the problem of not loading, which instead with the previous modifications it didn't give me.
Can you solve the bug and explain the problem, please?

Hello. Who did create this file? It was not created by me and it has several issues. I did fix them manually, see the file attached.
Generally this namesbases is way too big, the tool is NOT SUPPOSED to have it. Please all namebases that you actually need (like the ones you have culture created for).
