Burg Temperature Graph Doesn't open

Description
Since the new 1.9 update, selecting the temperature graph on any desired burg results in nothing opening. On every map I generated, I got the same result.

Steps to reproduce
Generate a new map with burgs, then select a burg, and then click on the temperature graph.
