Import river data as a CSV file

Problem
I have a map that has river data that I have exported, but I am unable to import it when trying to add new lakes or change the height map.
Solution
Allow rivers to be imported from the CSV file that they were exported from.
Alternatives
Don't make rivers regenerate when editing on risk mode.
Hello. That's not possible at the current stage of the tool. It will require significant river system rework, which is already the most complex part of the tool
Hi! An alternate solution to the problem could also be adding a delete button to "delete all rivers except for locked rivers". Is that more feasible by chance?
No, it's the same, rivers are a part of the bigger system, it would be hard to isolate it. If heightmap is changed, all the system should be recalculated. At maximum we can try to retain the names of the rivers that were not changed, but it's not that easy as well. If heightmap is changed, we don't what were the rivers before
