Cultures Editor & Namesbase Editor not working

The Cultures & Namesbase Editors do not seem to work. I clicked on the buttons and the editors do not pop up. All the other editors, overviews, and regenerators work fine.
Today, I turned on the program. Either on my computer or in Google Chrome (I tried both normal & incognito), I also restarted my computer to see if that would work.
I went to tools and clicked on the buttons for the Cultures & Namesbase Editors which did not work. I tried the shortcuts shift+C & shift+D which also did not work. The shortcuts for the other editors worked.
It did not matter whether it was a saved map or a completely new map, the editors simply do not appear.
Yesterday, I was testing several new name bases that I downloaded from https://cartographyassets.com/asset-category/specific-assets/azgaars-generator/namebases/ it worked fine I exited and turned on the program several times and there seemed to be no issue until today.
I would expect that the editors for cultures and the name bases would pop up after either clicking on them or doing the shortcuts.

Popping in to say I'd been having the same issue and it's fixed for me now.
I'd been futzing with and working around it for a couple hours and last refreshed the page about an hour ago when I found this.
