Wind rose not showing

I have reported this error yesterday but the post disappeared for some reason. When I enabled the wind rose layer, it doesn't show on the map. However, it showed normally if I go to 3D or globe view. It also showed if I export it as image. The problem disappear if I create new map (wind rose showed when I enabled it in layer). I already checked style to see if the opacity is set to 0, but it's not. Thank you in advance.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Layers" tab
2. Enable "Wind Rose"
