Languages and Route Customization

A nice new feature to the program would be adding Languages and the ability to customize routes.
you could add languages in the way you made Cultures and Religions, maybe even add more customization to it. For routes you could incorporate it like the rivers customizer.
Languages are not planned as there is not enough content to differentiate them from cultures. Current cultures already cover languages. Routes editor is planned
