Editable Temperatures

Problem
In the map generator there is the option to visualize the temperature at the map but unlike for other features there is no option to manually change these temperature zones. If this would be possible it would allow to:
a) At least manually simulation of ocean currents
b) Create special 'hot mountains' aka. active vulcans(lava lakes).

Solution
Introduce an editor for temperature.

Alternatives
Add the possibility to add Hot/Cold spots with a definable size/'sharpness' and temperature that fades into the normal temperature.

It's somehow planned, but not in a priority way. As for now you can change temperature changing the elevation
