Editing the Name of a country or City doesn't change in "Edit Burg"-Window

So basically when I'd klick on a city, in the "Edit Burg"-window on the top is the information to which country it belongs and what the city name is (lettering is grey not black). But when I edit the Name of a counrty (big letters) and I click on a city again, the old Names still stand.
Even when I saved and loaded new it didn't change.
I don't know if that is a bug or if the programm is simply not able to do that.
I am sorry I have really no idea how programming works, I am just glad I can use a tool that's reaaaally cool.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "name of the country" (big letters)...
2. Click on "edit label text"
3. Change the Name
4. Click on "hide edit label text"
5. Click on "close"
6. Click on "name of the city that's within the counrty"
7. See in window "edit Burg" the first line, sightly less black more grey in colour "old City name, old country name"

Expected behavior
I really dont't know, maybe the actual name? .-.

Hello. If you click on the state label and change it, you change the label only, not the name of the country. To change the name of the country open the States Editor in tool and click on the name there. Then it will be reflected everywhere.
