I dont find what terminal to paste the commandes on windows

I don't find the terminal where we are supposed to paste the command on windows.
I tried cmd and the Nmap but it doesn't work.
What am I supposed to use?

First, configure NMAP to work in CMD/Terminal by adding it to the path environment variable in Windows. Then you can use CMD, Terminal or PowerShell
