Plate Compatability

Running Thaumcraft 5.2.4 with BaseMetals 1.8.0 won't allow me to make Thaumcraft brass or iron plates. Crafting hasn't been an issue, but the Golem Press refuses to work with the BaseMetals plates.
To get around that kind of thing (conflicting recipes) on 1.7.10, I used to use "NoMoreRecipeConflict" by stimmedcow. I believe it's got versions all the way up to 1.11.2 now.
