Unable to build AGS 1.8.2 on nixos

Running the following command on nixos:
nix run github:Aylur/ags
the build fails.
Upon inspecting the log, here is the error:
trying https://gitlab.gnome.org/api/v4/projects/GNOME%2Flibgnome-volume-control/repository/archive.tar.gz?sha=8e7a5a4c3e51007ce6579292642517e3d3eb9c50
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
error: cannot download source from any mirror
It looks like https://gitlab.gnome.org is not reachable right now. I'll try again later today and update the issue accordingly.
Closing because it was not related to ags but to the gnome gitlab being offline (now resolved)
