Discovery agent version with an extra "-"

Hello,

I'm using version 0.0.5 of the APIGee agents.
The agent is deployed in an ECS Fargate cluster.
When I deployed the stack, the agent version is not displayed properly in AMPLIFY : "0.0.5-"
