[FEATURE REQUEST] Ability to dynamically load modules

Currently there is no way for me to load external modules to this userbot
I'd like to be able to load modules by reply to a .py file or via a link to such a file
Additionally, I need to be able to dynamically unload modules and for the command available from them to show up in .help or .loaded
That would be a nice thing to have.
