windows update（November 2023） failed after removing edge

os: windows 10 LTSC 2021
symptom: Cumulative Update Nov 2023 fail and roll back repeatly after restart, but edge come back
solved. I have not notice the section of removing item from \endoflife. After deleting them manually, Cumulative Update went normal. Sorry for disturbing
