Timeout Error When Publishing in Gutenberg tests

I've been experiencing this error occasionally during the publish step in the Gutenberg tests. It happens on and off and doesn't seem to happen in the CI since it passes there.
The tests click the publish button just doesn't publish and stays on a page like this,
Actually not seeing this behavior anymore, closing until can be reproduced.
