Issue logging on when not retrying

When you disable retrying failures straight away there are lots of these errors:
Timed out waiting for element with css selector of '#usernameOrEmail' to NOT be present

And you look closer the URL is https://wordpress.com/log-in?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.com%2F
Haven't been able to reproduce locally so maybe a headless Chrome on Linux thing
