In the Pressable NUX spec, the Can create new site step can fail on mobile screen sizes because the "Delete & Destroy This Site" button is overlapped by the live chat prompt.

Test failure:

TimeoutError: Timed out waiting for element with css selector of '.delete-destroy a' to be clickable
