Block styles: Add is-layout-flex and is-layout-flow classes

If you install the current version of the Gutenberg plugin, it uses CSS classes like is-layout-flex on the Gallery block.
Since the Newspack theme removes the global styles to avoid other issues, the theme will need these classes added to make sure the block styles continue working.
Alternatively, the Global Styles could be re-added, if we an fix other issues with them (if I remember correctly, the big one was the colours using !important and messing with things like the button hover styles -- at this point, it might be worth switching those to !important instead.
