Displaying timestamp instead of timeago.

Currently by default the plugin renders posts with time ago function eg: (2 min ago). Is there a way to use original time format like: (20:32) instead of timeago?
Any luck with this? Would love to format out blog as 3 Hours Ago 10:47AM | January 7, 2023
