[Question] Is it abandoned?

As we all know and see it seems that the use of Gutenberg is causing the rest to be abandoned.
I think it is right to fix any problem in Gutenberg, but there are also many programmers who still use the wpColorPicker for their plugins or themes.
So I was wondering if it is really abandoned or not, so I can decide what to do.
