Color circle can be dragged off color pallette

The color picker can be dragged off the color chooser in small increments. I took a screen capture of the issue because I tend to be bad at explaining things.
I am using the latest version of Chrome and the screen capture was taken from the official Iris manual http://automattic.github.io/Iris/
A recent pull/merge request that I made fixes this issue.
