Empty zone still visible after custom palette removal

When removing the custom palette, the zone is empty but still visible/opened!

Thanks for the bug report Yapaslfeu - edge cases like these are the ones I never think about.

It's fixed in master, but I haven't tagged a version yet - gonna wait a bit until I see if anything else should be rolled in.
