(0.5) Add route for the deletion of eeris test event collection [0.5]

This issue arose during the testing implementation for the eeRIS historical route. Since a new test was created, using a dedicated naming for event collections, redis key names etc. the respective delete route must be added in the API to clear the test keys/collections from redis/cenote.
