October 8th : My Crypto bets are winning but I do not see them on my account

I do not know if it is the right place to post.

I had winning bets on crypto last October 8th, and until now the bets are not credited on Metamask account. Is it normal ?

My account is :
0x8EaE1d301A69226De056eD199f23ADb4A9259DD4

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to my account metamask
  2. connect to my polygon account to metamask

Expected behavior
i should see my wiing bet credited on my account (available USDC)

Hello,

After more than 10 days, iI have a winning bet but i still have lost 1000 Dollars in the contract on Augur. Me accoint was not credited.

Someone has contact me a few days ago. However , i have no feedback yet for a solution.

Could someone help ma ?

It is nice to imagine a decentralised bookmaker. At this point, i fell not confortable to continue, if i lost my money and do not see any solution after 10 days.

If you are lost like me with Augur support, go on discord Augur and you will find some people really nice to help you.

My problem is solve. A contract on Polygon is not updated and should go in the contract adress be connected to your wallet, section "3 claimManyWinnings" put id (normally last digit of your adress) and your receiver adress.
