Redesign the way the betslip is launched on mobile because current design wasn't obvious

Remove interaction from the yes and no price boxes
Change design of price boxes back to what you see in the image below (figma link below)
Add buy / sell button that remains sticky to the bottom of the screen - 16px from bottom. This button now opens the bet slip

@phoebemirman just need to remove the click state from the yes no boxes on the market page
