diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory

I just build the workspace inside the zip file containing the project and I got this error in xcode diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
what do i do?

Try to run pod install

Thanks, It did work. just that i don't understand the Chinese letterings in the app
