Add separate model for Tag

Tags currently don't have a separate model, while they do have their own set of api endpoints.
Yeah, you are right. Tags have quite weird behavior in Toggl, because even though they have their own entity, you can create new ones just by passing them with the time entries.
But this will be definitely a cleaner solution.
