No way to disable billable when starting an issue

toggl, version 2.4.0
When starting a task -
ERROR: You are trying to edit field 'TimeEntry.billable' which is premium only field, but the associated workspace 'X workspace' is not premium!
I've tried adding -b false but I still get this error.
Oh damn. I am just releasing 2.4.1 that is fixing this.
