WinPE UEFI ISOs Won't Boot to WinPE

The WinPE UEFI kickstarts won't boot after pressing a key after the Press any key TO boot from CD or DVD.... issue.

After this times out:

I select from the UEFI configuration menu to manually boot to CD ROM and hit enter.

Then I see this:

Pressing a key goes back to the UEFI configuration menu. I set the boot order to CD ROM first then I see this error:

Used mkfs.msdos to create FAT32 filesystem required for WinPE UEFI boot on Linux Worker.
