  1. Make the WinPE kickstarts on Windows Worker use the skeleton WinPE files that was generated by the Windows Assessment and Deployment toolkit (ADK) for both BIOS and UEFI WinPE kickstarts.
  2. Make sure the Windows Worker steps end with on Windows Worker.
