Extend vocabulary for basisOfRecord

Various components, such as the BIE, use basisOfRecord as a filter for things like images.
Ensure supplied terms like 'Preserved specimen' map onto PreservedSpecimen.
Clarifying - use basisOfRecord to manage how images are grouped and displayed in species pages in the BIE.
preservedSpecimen = groups on Gallery tab as "specimens"
humanObservation = groups on Gallery tab in BIE as "images" at the moment -better shown as "Observations"?
Note that we currently also have "Types" being pulled into a separate category from "Specimens". This would not be using basisOfRecord but must be also adding typeStatus
Associated issue: pulling out other ways of grouping images? Examples would be illustrations/images from literature (pulled via Flickr from BHL) but also images of stamps and coins that are sometimes pulled into BIE as well.
Plus the other issue of mapping badly formed basisOfRecord entries as per description above
