Can not download athena-repository.db

I installed the latest athena os and tried to run the update from the welcome screen but every time I received the error "Can not download the athena-repository.db" file. I even downloaded the athena-repository.db file from github and ran the update database.sh file and still states the same error. It returns the 404 error when looking to download the database file. What should I do?
