Build ID doesn't update after updates

After using opkg update & opkg upgrade, build ID doesn't change. Due to this, build ID is stuck on the ID the watch was flashed with, and it's impossible to see what versions is running.
@beroset confirmed on Matrix that this is not expected behaviour, and the number should be updating.
