Add mute sound function

To unblock the addition of sounds, it was decided to first implement means to mute them.

  • Most important is a mute button in the quick settings, triggering a redesign of the quick settings page.
  • But also the sound settings page icon should be a mute button analog to the bluetooth icon being a on/off toggle.
  • As noted in this issue, the icons are inconsistent, since filled, and need to be redesigned as outlined versions AsteroidOS/asteroid-icons-ion#13
